How to migrate wiki from old space to a new space, including links/documents?

- Who should I connect for help firstly- Admins for both space? BTW, the old space has no admin to maintain maybe.

- Now we still updating on old one, is there a way to auto-sync to new one?

It would depend on the hosting type (Cloud, Server/Data Center)...

If the hosting type is the same for old and new, you can simply export an XML file of the space and import it.

Confluence Server (and Data Center I think) has the option to copy page/pages between spaces built in if I remember correctly.

There are apps that allow you to sync spaces - your use case would be a one-off publishing the content from one space to another. Again, what apps you use depends on the hosting type but you'd be looking for Comala Publishing, Space Sync for Confluence...

Then there is Copy Page Tree app (Cloud) which is for a one-off copying but it works for the entire space.

If you're looking to migrate a space from Server to Cloud, there's an official Atlassian Migration path.
