I was able to do an extraction in HTML but I do not know how I can download the file

When I click on Export complete download nothing happens

I do not know where the file is…

Hi,

If you're exporting a space then the content will be downloaded to your browser's download folder.  On a Windows machine the default is C:\Users\[username]\Downloads.

If you're performing a Confluence backup, then Confluence creates a zip file and provides you with a link to download it.
