Hi guys

How can we search for specific @[deleted] in confluence articles?

The case: we have mentioned a responsible person and a deputy in every article to make sure that the content is up to date.

But we have no idea how to search for our own name to see the articles where we are responsible for.

Do you have any suggestion?

Hi @Silas_Sulser,

  1. Go to search page -> {baseURL}/dosearchsite.action (or type anything in the search field on the right and hit Enter)
  2. On the search page click "Add a filter" link on left → Select "Mentioning user"
  3. Start typing the user’s name and select the one you need
  4. The results will show the list of pages where a particular user is mentioned

Roman.

Hi,

I just try it like it's mentioned here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Re-Search-pages-based-on-Mentions/qaq-p/116173/comment-id/19328#M19328

And it's working for me, if it is what you exactly want.
