We've apparently created 2 work spaces for holycorn5 and holycorn for the same mail address, but've paid only for the account holycorn. How is it possible to transfer information from one account (holycorn5) to another (holycorn)?

The methods for migrating from one Cloud instance to another vary depending on whether there is already content in both instances and other considerations. I opened a ticket in your name on our support portal, so a support engineer can work with you 1:1 to gather all the right information before making recommendations.
