i want each page to send email notifications to 100 specific group members

Do i have to add each member individually to each page to get notifications or can i add the group name to a page and it will send an email to all group members

IF you use the "Share" function you can send notifications to a group, there is a feature request to implement this function using @mentions in the comments as well. (linked above)
