Hi @Robert Grafton ,

This is a known limitation. There's a feature request related to what you're looking for: CONFCLOUD-71242: In-editor inline comments don't show within third-party macros 

As stated in the suggestion, there's no known workaround for this 😕

I'd suggest dropping a vote and a comment with your requirement on the linked request.

Hi @Robert Grafton 

It's true that @Tomislav Tobijas said Atlassian restricts regular commenting of content inside thirty-part macros, but there are some workarounds.

My team has created a numbered heading that works as a feature, not as a regular macro, so you can comment on it as regular Confluence content.

You can try it as one of the features of the Mosaic app or as a separate app specifically for numbered headings

P.S. Also, for the other Mosaic tab macro, we found a workaround that allows leaving comments, but without mentions (it is the maximum we managed to achieve with Atlassian restrictions)
