is there a made-for-purpose AI plug-in to surface content from Confluence wikis and Jira tickets?

Our wiki is out of control - would be great to have a made-for-purpose AI that we can add to read it all (and Jira tickets) and answer people's questions about how things work / who to talk to / why things changed etc. Is such a thing available yet?
