First of all I've got a question - what kind of test case do you want to do in Confluence as Jira would be more useful for this? 

I would look up in the templates and create my own template to reuse it.

I agree with what @Fabienne Gerhard mentioned, Jira will be best suited to track test cases and if at all you need to track them in confluence, you can create your own template and use it as per your requirements.
