Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

By articles, do you mean pages in Confluence or it would be on other products as well?

On Confluence Cloud, currently, we don't have a way to track the sharing of pages or a history of pages shared with other users.
The same goes for tracking who has read or shared the same page with other users.

We have a feature request suggesting it be implemented on future releases, but we are still gathering the interest of our users in the report below:

• Track sharing page history

There are some features like seeing who is seeing the pages on your site through the Analytics feature, however, this one is only available on the premium plan.
