mailing attachments: drag and drop attachments from confluence into outlook emails

i often need to send various attachments from our confluence via outlook.

is there a way to either drag & drop attachments into the email or maybe any other alternative, that doesn't require to download and save the files locally to email them via outlook?

i'm hoping very much, that there's a solution to this!

I'm afraid there's no feature to accomodate this at the moment. A download/save to machine is still required. FYI, there's a feature request to implement a vise versa here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-28812

we have been looking for this feature for quite a while now, we miss this a lot, anyone using Confluence would use this I believe
