Hi,
I have a question regarding Confluence e-mail notification. Not sure how it works.
Users would like to get the “daily digest” since it allows to keep track on what is happening without having to log in. So in Email notification settings they just mark "Subscribe to daily update" option.
In order to get notifications in Confluence, you need to watch pages/space. The issue is that Setting to watch on anything overrules email preferences and sends mail for every action (comment / like / edit).
Is there any way how to get only daily update without spamming users with every single action made in the space they are watching?
Thank you.
Pavol
You mention the "daily digit", by this doe you mean the 24 hour report? This report shows all the changes made in the last 24 hours. The user does not have to be a watcher on any page to receive this report.
