ow can I disable notification emails for all the watchers in Confluence

I am my organization's Jira/Confluence admin and want to know that how can I disable notification emails for all the watchers in Confluence? We are making changes in Confluence which is generating log of emails to watchers which we want to stop for some time. It's highly critical task.

Because you are using a Cloud instance, I'm afraid this isn't possible at this time. You can look at this post or the official Cloud ticket - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-38187.
