When we try to add new page content, it show the message as shown as below:(We use confluence 6.0.3 version)
unable to communicate with server. Saving is not possible at the moment.
Loading the editor's taking longer than usual.Give it a few moments, then refresh your page if it still doesn't load.Speak to your confluence admin if that doesn't fix it.
How can we fix it if we can not connect internet directly? Thanks a lot.
Additional information: confluence server can not connect internet directly.

My guess is the configuration for the collaborative editing is causing the issue. If you want to troubleshoot this, a Confluence administrator can go into the Confluence settings and turn off collaborative editing to see if that is causing the issue. Because of the setup for collaborative editing there may have been additional configuration that needed to happen so that it works correctly. Here is a document on troubleshooting collaborative editing.
I don't know if you were using Confluence before version 6 and then upgraded which started these issues or installed it directly. There was additional behind the scenes processes to handle the collaborative editing added in version 6 that needed some attention.
