pricing the confluence plugins by user

Hi, I am new to confluence admin system(as a user), who want to use non-free plugins for our team.

We have self-hosted confluence, maintained by infra department in the company. I guess there are hundreds of users in the company's confluence system, but I want to request for the infra department to buy the plug-in "Questions for Confluence" only for our small size team(under 20 users), which shares a single confluence space. In that case, is it available to buy the plug-in only for a specific users who use a single confluence space?

Hello,

the license type and user count of your app, in this cause “Questions for Confluence”, must match that of your Confluence Server license.

So, it will not be possible to buy the app for a smaller group.
