Hello Team,
I’ve encountered a bug where some documents written for specific customers don’t appear on my Confluence homepage. However, I can still find them under “hidden content,” and I see a message at the top of the page:
“The items shown here have no connection to other Confluence items because they have no parent item or incoming links.”
Would organizing all projects under a single "Parent" folder and placing each customer folder as a "Child" under it solve this issue?
Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi @Gabriel Alves dos Santos

Yes placing these under a visible parent page (or folder) would solve this.

Hello @Gabriel Alves dos Santos

If you write and manage content for specific customers in a single space, you may want to explore the concept of conditional content.
