"Edit in office" option is not visible to an user

Hi,

One of our user has issue in viewing "Edit in office" option.

Even after providing the space admin access to the user, issue persists.

The plug in " Office Connector Velocity Helper" is enabled. The "Edit in office" option works fine for every one else apart from one user.

Can you suggets us a resolution for this?

Hi,

Can you please check if there are any page restrictions on the particular page?

If there is, then please check if the user has been added to the edit restriction of the page. If not please add and check.
