"Maximum number of attachments per upload" setting in Confluence

Hello,

I have a question regarding the "Maximum number of attachments per upload" setting in Confluence. Despite the setting being configured to 1 (meaning only one attachment should be allowed per upload), I am still able to upload multiple attachments at once.

Could anyone explain why this is happening, and if there are any other factors influencing the behavior?
