"Permissions" option missing from Space tools for space admin

As a user that is listed in "Administrators" on a Space Tools page, I select the "Space Tools" button in the lower left corner.  The options presented are only "Overview",  "Content Tools", and "Reorder pages".   No "Permissions" option appears.  

The user was added as an administrator within the past hour. 

What do I need to do to get access to the space permissions?

Hi @elarson 

It appears that the user is not the Space Administrator. Can you recheck the permissions and ensure that the user has the appropriate admin permissions? Was the permissions removed recently?

Hi Yoga,

I checked that my user "Eric Larson" is in the "Administrators" field.  

I made sure I was using the same user by comparing the email address of the pull down in the upper right corner.  

I checked again today, 12 hours after the user was added to "Administrators", and still no "Permissions" in the Space Tools.
