"Person" in Confluence "All People" cannot get into Confluence!

Must you "activate" a "Person" in Confluence before he can enter the system? We have people who are "in" the system, have a PW, but are not allowed to enter.

Make sure those people have the "can use" global permission:

(... I do not have Space Admin access so cannot view acess to specific pages - altho there are no "Restrictions" on any of the pages - but people can't get in at all, not a question of entering successfully and then not gaining acccess to a specific area)
