"This is a restricted space" error message when I try to access a shared document

I was sent a link to a document in Confluence.

When I try to access I get a message "This is a restricted space".

The owner of the document is sure that the restriction for everyone is set to view.

I've just had a user report the same, and I am the administrator and have no restrictions in place. Something strange is happening.

Paul,

It is restricted hence can't view the pages. Page owner needs to remove restrictions.
