Good afternoon Community!
Has anyone else had the new navigation and interface experience enabled in the organization and received this message when accessing a Whiteboard? I am using Google Chrome, and hardware acceleration is turned on, but even after refreshing I am still getting this message. Any workarounds?
Additionally, I find it odd that the error message is pointing the user to a random computer support site - anyone have insight in to this?

Thanks!
I would open a support request. While hardware acceleration is a requirement - see https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/browser-support-and-settings-for-whiteboards/# - you wrote that it‘s enabled. If you still see this error, it’s unlikely that you’ll find help here. This would also notify Atlassian of that confusing link.
Thanks @Dirk Lachowski. The issue did resolve itself, so I believe that it was a temporary issue related to some outages on the Atlassian Cloud services yesterday.

I've been having the same problem in the last few days. Windows 11 and Firefox HW acceleration is on. Hmm, works in Chrome for me. @Andy Gladstone looks like it's not browser specific. For me it is intermittent as well. I'll try to test with reboot, restart Firefox, etc.

I would suspect you have been hacked.

I don't believe so. That would entail the Cloud to have been hacked as this was a behavior we saw only on Whiteboards in our Cloud Premium instance. Regardless, the issue resolved itself.
