No user from my organisation can access Confluence today. We see the "we've hit a snag" error message in the upper part of the screen, with the "code associated with this error" and link to the support page.
The support page leads to "502 Bad Gateway".
All of us use the supported browsers.
What is the way to contact you guys, and how can we resolve the issue?

There seems to be an active incident. A good starting point may be to navigate to Atlassian's status page, where you can subscribe to be informed of progress.
