I tried downloading StepShot for Confluence add-on (free version) and I can't get it to run on my computer. When I click the downloaded add-on nothing happens. What could be the issue and how do I resolve this?

Are you trying to download a version from Marketplace? In this case it can be an issue with the marketplace itself.
