support for russian symbols in title

Hello, when I am trying to add a page with russian symbols in title it shows me like ??????????
In database I see the same. but if I change title manually (update CONTENT set TITLE='русские буквы' where CONTENTID='327706';) from console then it shows correctly.

Which version of Confluence and which database do you use?

Hello,

Make sure that your databse uses UTF-8 encoding and Jira also uses UTF-8 encoding.

Hi,  I've updated database my.cnf file and setup utf8 directly. 

character-set-server=utf8

collation-server=utf8_bin

 And now it works fine. Thank you!
