switch off Email notification popular pages

in the daily or weekly summary, there is the list of most popular pages. 

Since most of the users are not interested in this part I would like to disable the popular pages for all users but not the other parts like tasklist.

I couldn't find a description on how to do so. 

Any hints are appreciated.
