table tools not displaying on new editor page

Recently upgraded page with tables. The table tools bar no longer displays.

talking about cloud you probably mean by upgrade using the new editor? have a look on this link.

Finally determined that the cut/paste function of Windows works in the tables now in the Cloud version. Therefore, the missing table functions are not needed. Sure would help to fix the documentation to show CTRL + X and CTRL +V are valid functions for tables.
