You could have a look at our Page Tree Creator. This allows the templates to be divided into categories. The categories can then be arranged according to the individual spaces. Global templates are available in all spaces.
You can find the Page Tree Creator on the Marketplace.

what do you mean by "mother template"? There's no such thing in Confluence.

location of the original template, in my company they are already in global location, I need the original to move it to my space to manage it
