the site visit authority

I'm invited to visit a confluence site about a project in my orginaziton. and I applied for the authority in this site ,also the site owner approved my request. howerver, I still didn't recieved the approved email and couldn't visit this site. what's the problem?

You could also ask the site owner to add your account as confluence user product role directly.
