unable to upload gliffy diagram to confluence

I am unable to upload a gliffy diagram to my on demand confluence. I exported as both gxml and gon and when I try either, I just get a blue spinning circle which goes for hours next to the browse button. No errors or any other messages. I am using Firefox 21.0. Thanks
