update licence don't work after prchase a new

When i past the new licence txt , i obtain:

"Cette clé de licence n'est pas valide."

Was it a renew or a new purchase?
Did you want to use a new purchase for an old confluence installation that had expired a long time ago?
If so, that is not possible. You would then have to buy back the past years or do a new installation with the newly purchased license.
