Hi @Alex
When the prompt comes here
Existing installation directory:
Give the input as
/opt/atlassian/confluence
This should take your installation directory and replace it with 7.15.1 version.
Kepp the backup before you upgrade the instance
Thanks
I have given the below:
/opt/atlassian/confluence
but still gives same error

Hi,
I had the same problem recently, and the pasting of the directory, worked and managed to upgrade the installation.
Additional Question perhaps you can help - To avoid this pasting of the directory in the future installations, did you perhaps change/modify a bin/config file in the system so that the correct directory is prompted immediately?
I am asking because I am finding it strange that the directory shown on the installation is non-existent in the system. And it is definitely not the issue of the version because I installed the version twice before this particular time, and it did not show me the wrong directory on the other Servers.
Thanks in advance.
