We would like to use the table filter in tables that has content like:
Name | Prename | Status |
---|---|---|
Fred | Feuerstein | ![]() |
(Btw, the table itself does not work inside that box ...)
But when I include a table like that in the table-filter
macro, I cannot filter by , independent of column or user filtered. Is there a way to filter for special characters? I have checked some strange things like searching for the HTML or using the source editor format name "tick" here, but nothing worked.
Hello, Markus.
Unfortunately, the add-on does not support emoticons. Could you please be so kind to submit your idea to our feedback forum at https://stiltsoft.customercase.com/forums/table-filter-for-confluence
If enough people vote for it, we will put it to development.
Thanks.
Best Regards,
Vadim Rutkevich
Wow, that was pretty fast. See the (internal) idea at https://stiltsoft.customercase.com/forums/table-filter-for-confluence/ideas/7450-use-table-filter-with-icons

Hello Markus,
Starting from Table Filter 3.5.0 there is an Icon Filter type that allows you to filter by images, icons and emoticons.
