we are using confluence 7.4.0. how do I get Licensed users count in confluence mysql database?

host details :

NAME="Oracle Linux Server"

VERSION="7.9"

database details:

Server version: 5.7.44

confluence version: 7.4.0

license for users was exceeds we are planing to reduce license users count. how do I get users count in mysql database.
