Hi,
We failed to log onto our confluence server for a while, and we stored everything on that account. Can you help check what was the problem and how we can recover it?
We had Confluence, JIRA and Bitbucket. We did not renew it because that didn't work for a long time.
Thanks
Daisy
Hi @Daisy XU ,

You can raise a support ticket with Atlassian Support.

I thought this was the place to raise a ticket...then when I tried again, there is no simple way to raise a support ticket! It was designed like an ESCAPE ROOM. I can now understand why my engineer stopped trying and almost trashed the server.

Could you please share an screenshot if you are unable to raise a ticket. It is very straight forward.

@Daisy XU , I guess confluence server license is expired, You need to renew it in order to access the Support on technical side.

Well, thanks. I need someone to reassure me that my stuff is stored safely there and we are able to continue using it. I now just cannot do anything or see anything.
