whiteboard jira missing issues

Hi,

   When we are trying to import issues from Jira in whiteboard confluence page through Basic   it works for one project and same does not work for other project. Permissions from Jira and Confluence are in place.

Can you please let me know what could be reason.

Can you maybe share some additional information on the issue itself?

Like, is it that you cannot select another Jira project, or you just don't see it in the list? Also, have you tried using the JQL search option to see if, through that, it's possible to display a list of available items for import?

I believe that if you have access to the Jira project itself and are able to view the items, those should be visible in the importer dialog/import box.
