I have migrated my Confluence server over to the cloud and had 2 emails for me so I deleted one. I later realized most of my pages were created by the user (me) with the email I deleted. I need to change my admin account email to be that of the one I deleted. My admin account is under davec@mac.com and I need it to be davec@polymicro.net. How do I do this?

I think best will be to re-do the migration and delete the right afterwards.
Otherwise, maybe you can rise an issue with Atlassian support and ask them if they can consolidate the accounts.
