Hello,

i'm trying to migrate our server to the cloud.

On 3 of the 12 spaces, i'm getting the following error:

The following error(s) occurred:

  • There was an error during import. Please see our guide to raising a bug report.

There is no logging for it so i cannot pinpoint the exact problem.

-The confluence server we are running is the latest version

-I've tried exporting it a few times, in case of a corrupt file

-I've tried the atlassian-xml-cleaner

Anyone having an idea what can be wrong?

Kind regards,

Timothy

Hey Timothy,

I thought to answer to this post also for future references in case another user will experience the same issue and will read this post.

You have also reported a case with us, and I have confirmed that the error mentioned is caused by a known bug that was reported to our development team https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-65273, the fix for this bug is ready and we will update the bug when this is deployed to all sites.

Meanwhile, I have noticed that if I ignore these errors and try again to upload the file at some point the process will start, let's say the fifth time is processed, as per your confirmation this workaround worked for you too.

Happy New Year!
