Is there a way to automatically grant access to a specific space on our confluence manual, for anyone whose email address ends in @Example.co.uk? There is an area we would like everybody to be able to read from, but not necessarily edit.

Hi @Mikhail Roberts

Welcome to the community, you can make your space accessible anonymously for further details please visit the following Set up public access with this everybody should have access to the specified space and you can set the permission

if you like to invite only users with specific domain address you can specify that in the site access

- Create a group and add access to confluence with making it default group for any user has access to confluence

- under space permission you can add this group with read only access

This is a solution you can use but will not automatically add @Example.co.uk only to this group , it should add all domains unless you restrict your atlassian site access to this domain only.

Thanks in advance

Mohamed Megahed
