Recently Updated’ Macro title links break on renaming

I have noticed in 6.15.9 that the reported updates on Space pages and comments get broken links when the updated pages' base URl changes due to renaming of the title.

• MS1/MS2: Requirements Scope commented 2 minutes ago uses page ID, works
• MS1: Requirements Scope commented yesterday at 12:26 <--has Title name, broken
• MS1 requirememts scope commented yesterday at 11:44 <-- has Title name, broken

???? It seems that when you rename a page, old recent update report links turn name based URL, while reported updates AFTER a title update use the ID (until we rename that page).

Can I switch off this behaviour and JUST use ID-based to be immune to page renamings and have no broken links anymore??
