Hi,
We recently updated to Confluence cloud and I have been asked to get a list of all the pages that have been updated for the last couple weeks.
I have been trying to figure out a CQL that I can use and nothing seems to be working correctly.
Here is a list of what I need to do.
All Confluence pages updated since 5/3/2021 (for only marketing team)
And who was the person updating them.
Not sure if this is possible, but I appreciate the help on this.
Thank you both for your suggestions. I found I was able to use Rest API to retrieve the information that I needed. And convert the JSON into readable CSV format.
Appreciate your suggestions.
Hi @Dave Hattig,
If you do not ming new apps, you can use eazyBI for Confluence to analyze activities in the confluence - page creation, version, and update events, page views and search queries, attachments, and task completion.
You can build reports to see how many and which pages were updated in the selected period. You may also add filters by page space, type, labels, and a user who updated the page (see picture below). You can interact with the report and change filter criteria or go to the Confluence page directly from the report.
You may visit the eazyBI Demo account to check out what data you can analyze and how the filtering works: https://docs.eazybi.com/plugins/servlet/eazybi/accounts/6/dashboards/38-content-health.
Or get the tool eazyBI for Confluence summary from the blog post: https://eazybi.com/blog/eazybi-for-confluence-more-than-page-analytics.
Best,

In cloud you are really limited to the advanced search. Under the advanced search, you could add the marketing team members and us the last modified filter. This gives you a custom option that you can input a date range. The results will return pages, who created and when it was last updated. Unfortunately, you will not be able to identify who updated it last without looking at the page.
Confluence cloud also offers limited analytics. https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/view-analytics-to-see-how-content-is-performing/
There are also apps like this one in the marketplace that provide information. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/186/reporting-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
