When I tried to link the Jira application to confluence it is giving an error "We can't connect with OSS Jira because a reciprocal application link is missing on that server. "
What does the reciprocal application link mean?
Hello @vishal03kadam,
When you connect both applications you get an option to create reciprocal link. Thus, you can remove the Application link and then try recreating and when you see the option then you can see as well in the logs if there is an error as to what is the exact error.
Sounds like the applications can't reach each other (SSL issues?!). Check the logfiles on both instances as you connect them.
Best would be to see these logfiles so we are able to check further.
