Reduce spacing below PDF title

Currently when I export a Confluence article to PDF I feel like there is too much white space under the title and above the start of the body content.

Can someone please explain how I can reduce the space under the page title in a PDF?

I think the space is caused by the page meta data, which isn't displayed but is taking up space. If there is a way to hide the page meta data through CSS or a setting variable then that might resolve the issue.
