Hello,
I have a very strange behavior which seems to be due to a mix. of the RefinedWiki Original + some network/firewall configuration I have at work.
At home, I am able to access my confluence server without any problem (it is hosted on a private server, published on tcp/80), and I use RefinedWiki Original Theme.
At work (where access to Internet is quite controlled (proxy, only access to 80/443, etc.), I am able to login to my Confluence website but I cannot see the button "Create" to create a new content. It might not be the only problem but this is the one I first noticed.
Then I discovered that when I disable RefinedWiki Original Theme, I get back the "Create" button and am able to use Confluence without any additional visibile problem.
Any idea ?
Regards.
Sylvain
Hi Sylvain,
Are you able to bypass the network settings at work in a test environment to confirm your thoughts?
What I would do to troubleshoot the issue in those cases would be to remove the customizations (layouts, scripts, etc.) which were running in the instance and test again.
Also, you might want to check the confluence logs and look for some error with customizations or the refinedwiki theme.
I hope this helps!
Rodrigo
