Is there a way to set up cyclic reminders for content owners to review nd update content on pages they created? I believe there used to be an app for that but I don't recall what is was. Ex: Create a process doc (page) that has a policy requirement to be reviewed and updated annually to meet audit reqs. Can we set up a notification that lets the content creator know its time to review/update the content.
@Nieves Carlos You may remember the Better Content Archiving app that has been available for 15+ years on Confluence Server/Data Center and it has been released for the cloud just a few weeks ago.
It provides the expiration tracking feature you mention (pages can expired periodically or even on specific dates) and can email the stakeholders (author, last modifier, page owner, etc.) with a custom email that contains all those pages they are responsible for:
Free trial is available, of course.
Hi @Nieves Carlos ,
Not sure if the app you were looking for is Breeze, but it does what you're looking for.
@Adrian Hülsmann - B1NARY should be able to tell you more.
Hope that helps,
Oliver

yes, @Nieves Carlos you might check out Breeze.
It is a perfect fit for reviewing and archiving workflows in order to identify outdated pages and keep your Confluence free of clutter.
👉 Feel free to give it a try, or schedule an appointment with me for a personal demo.
I'll be happy to show you its features and answer all of your questions.
All the best,
Adrian
