We have few spaces set up in Confluence which have anonymous access enabled.
When testing the same I found there are some things that the anonymous app users can access which we don't want them to access.
Anonymous users have access to the following
3.1 Export - PDF or Word
3.2 Page History
3.3 Attachments
3.4 Resolved Comments
3.5 Advanced Details - Page Information, View Source
3.6 Manage Reviewers
3.7 Add Signature
Any leads on how to solve this would be much appreciated.
Thank you so much
Hey @Gautami Shetty
These elements can't be hidden from anonymous user UI. If you'd like something more streamlined, you can check out apps like Instant Websites and my team's app Scroll Viewport. Both will publish your spaces as a website, instead of an anonymously accessible space, which do not offer all these options.
Scroll Viewport is specifically meant for help centers, which seems like a good fit for your use case.
Export is a form of view - it doesn't allow any changes to a page.
All the options you've got available to anonymous people are view-based, not edit.

@Gautami Shetty can you let us know what are permissions assigned to anonymous users in Space settings -> Permissions -> Scroll down to bottom of page to see anonymous users permissions.
Can we please see that screenshot?

Hi @Suvarna Gaikwad ,
Anonymous users only have view access enabled which is why I was confused with why export was available.

Thanks for confirming permissions. As Anonymous users only have view access, even though export option is visible to them, they would not be able to export.
Using public links would be the best solution in your case instead of using anonymous access. More details are available here. It will hide most of the options.

Permissions are not applicable here - if you can view a page, you can export it.
Taking away the option just makes it a bit more clunky to do so, but if you really do want to hide the option, I'd recommend @Matt Reiner _K15t_ approach of reworking the UI.
Note that if you go for public links, you will have to turn off all anonymous access across the entire system, so you may want to check before swapping (don't worry if you do, swapping back to anonymous is easy, no data is changed or lost)
