Is there any way to stop the need for the subject prefix from within Confluences SMTP settings? We use the Form Mail NG plugin to enable logged in users to submit requests to ICT however every email that comes in has confluence as it is specified in the SMTP prefix settings. I tried removing it but apparently it can't be blank.
Is there any way around this?
Leaving the default since this is the way Confluence is designed.
Hi John,
I don't think there is a way around. You can simple use a dot (.) as a dirty trick.
Cheers,
Selcuk

Tried the dot but it seems uglier than the default prefix. Will leave the default I guess
