Renaming a page doesn't rename it in comments

Steps to reproduce:

* create Page A and Page B

* put link to Page A into Page B content

* put link to Page A into Page B comment

* rename Page A into Page A new

Notice, that link in Page B content is updated automatically, but in Page B comment isn't.
