The closest reports are the ones indicated by @Kishan Sharma. Because there's not a report about the changes performed to a version, for Jira is a "Won't do" as you can see here JRASERVER-14229
In case you want to display a report of the different versions of an organization, our commercial app Dashboard Hub for Confluence, provides different options. For example, the Releases gadget displays the last n number of versions of a set of projects in a given period of time.

We can suggest trying our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence. The app works with the Jira Issues macro and allows you to create Jira dashboards right in Confluence.
Maybe the Burndown chart or Velocity chart will come in handy.
