Is it possible to view reports showing visitors/viewers who are not from our organization, but have logged into Atlassian and visited our articles on Confluence Cloud? I don't want to see them as "Anonymous", but to see, for example, the email with which they logged into their Atlassian account.
Unfortunately you can't. Public access for users means that everyone who access your confluence instance via the public access will be anonymous in all actions.
