Reposition the "Drag and drop to upload..." box from bottom of page to top of page
Hello. In the attached, the "Drag and drop to upload..." box is at the bottom of the page. There are so many file attachments (black markered out) that the users have to scroll to the very bottom to access the "Drag and drop to upload..." box. Can I move that "Drag and drop to upload..." box to the top of the page?
